I like the style behind the picture. The close up of the face is always a good thing. Choosing to use the same color definitely makes the picture go well, and the model's complextion makes it all fit together. Great idea.

I am not sure that I like the blur. The picture looks like it could stand the challenge of being clear. The darker background lets the model's face stand out, but it takes a way from the overall picture. If you are going to do a background solid, with not connection to the clothes that the model is wearing, you should pick a contrast or an adjacent color to set it off a little more. In my opinion, I would have prefered to see a gradiant background.

If you do choose to use a solid dark background why not trace the lips in the same color. A small outline of that color will make the lips stand out and seem so kissable. Making the picture almost come to life.

Again, I find that the picture was done well. The way that it is presented is great, the opinion above just state my ideas about color blend to make it better in my eyes. But I have not seen it that way so I cannot say that it would be best. Great job, keep them coming.
