I need more painted stuff for my Concept Art portfolio. Just designing some characters.In the future, lower class citisens (small business owners, SB employees, freelancers etc.) have multiple sources of income, which violates the law. To avoid facial recognition biometric scanners they have covered faces, which is not illegal but frowned upon.
So in the industrial districts, smugglers of illegal materials (booze, meat, warez) have covered faces. So do vandals.
