Kwah that is awesome. It reminds me of like, something for Silent Hill o.o''. It also reminds me of like, a slasher movie. Yea, I like it the way it is too. If you added blood, I don't know if it'd work. Unless it was an insanity ward. Then it'd like fit together perfectly. And you said dis was a hospital? Was it an abandoned hospital or did they allow you to take pictures? Good job on the picture ^.^

I think it loosk best the way that it is. No need to accessorize. The angle is terrific, and the lighting is perfect. It really conveys the sense of emptiness. Fabulous pic!!
