And ecause all good things come in threes, here is critique number good thing ^^
This piece looks gorgeous. I love how you did her eyes and her facial expression, she just seems to know that she just made a little mistake (losing some mail for example), but also knows she is to cute that we could care. ^^
Her mane, body, wings and accessories look great and I think this picture show's beautiful how perfect your personal style works for pegasi. The slightly more slender shape gives me the feeling like I would see creature which could be really fast if it want's to be and i think this is was pegasi are all about, speed and agility ^^
The only thing I could really criticize without hitting myself for beeing an overly picky idiot is her tail. The position of her tail to be exact. I think it's a little bit to high on her flank, it almost seems to sprout from her right wing.
So, yeah, a real beauty ^^
You did a great job on Derpy and just cant love and praise her expression enough.

Oh cute! The only problems I see is that the muzzle seems too long, the tail seems positioned too far to the left, and the eyes should be taller. But still absolutely adorable!
