I love the anatomy and the pose of the.. thing. x3 It's all reared back as though it were really about to start running clear off the page. The shading is great; its nice how you showed that it is running over water by adding the reflection of the paws (I'm not sure if they're called paws or hooves.. lol) and the tail underneath.
Overall.. If I saw an animal like this in real life, I'd want it. >3 It's just so friggin cute!!
