Currently attending a figure drawing workshop in Santa Fe. It's actually a sculpting class but when I have the time, I draw too. Not only has it been fun, but I feel I'm finally seeing real improvement. so many interesting and knowledgeable people here!

For some reason, I thought it would be cute to give each figure drawing an edgy title. This one I call "Hell is in the Mind".

I called it that because at the time I was reeling from feelings of inadequacy from being in the midst of so many skilled artists (so I wrote "hell is other artists" at first. A play on the classic "Hell is other people") But then I realized I was simply torturing myself for no reason and my skill level didn't matter. This workshop has allowed me to grow on multiple levels, I think.
