As you may noticed, I'm kind of really motivated with this story right now ":3. I don't think my idea of making "Outcasts" is very popular yet, but that won't stop me >D, today I read a quote that said "Make everything as if you already knew it is going to be a success" so I'm going ahead with this project with which I'm really excited to continue.

Enough of introductions, I did this characters from the Council (is like the Government in the story) who are part of this organization which is called EMBER. This are some of the characters' info from left to right:

Zaike (fox): One of EMBER's most high ranked members, Zaike is a clever and diplomatic guy who will do everything on his power to get the success of his goals.

Raymarine (dragon): She's also really clever, but Raymarine is much more charismatic than Zaike, and always acts smoothly and cool with almost everyone. When she's on the battlefield, fear her fire. She's not as high ranked as Zaike for her discipline issues.

Joka (weasel): Blinded forever since an accident he had, Joka is quiet most of the time, and people often tend to underestimate him all the time, ignoring his creepy vibes. Nevertheless, Joka is a dangerous guy, and though he's blind he's really good at knowing where his enemy's throat is. I think Joka is angry most of the time because he's not willing to tell anyone he's actually a non-binary.

Drao (iguana): Nervous and stressed out scientist, Drao is intelligent and really agile when it comes to solving problems. Nevertheless, Drao is terrified of Yosh (the deer guy from my past drawings), and he works for EMBER mostly because of fear.

Infera (salamander): Infera is mostly known as a dangerous and extremely agile warrior on the battlefield, and is the general of the Mars Section (the police and soldiers). She represents them in the Council, and she's respected as a strong woman with whom you should not get in trouble with. Also, Infera is incapable of living without the dispositive on her neck because of a severe wound she got on the battlefield.
