There were SOOOO many things done differently to Kento's character, mainly to give him a fatter and plumper look. I noticed from the series and movies that Kento has drastically tanner skin than anybody else, even Ryo. But when I did that here, he almost looks Indian!

Noted customizations: smaller forehead; plumb face and big cheeks; big throat; small ears; thick, high and arched eyebrows; wider and bigger eyes, small amount of eyeliner to emphasize long eyelashes; smaller, turned up nose; thick neck; big mouth
