I use photoshop to animate my images, otherwise, there are websites that can do it also. Just look for a gif maker or something o.o

Well, I've downloaded Paint.net, which is also free, and it allows you to delete backgrounds. I would recommend it!

I frequent www.gaiaonline.com and occasionally do trainer sprites for people.
I've had a few requests to use this base for them and i use it (Obviously not taking credit), and the users go happy about their business.
Do I have you permission to charge users virtual (Technically free XD) "gold" for custom sprites that use this base? :3
If not, I'll stick to making them for free for myself/the occasional friend. :3
