What is obvious though is his propoganda tactics used to divert attention away from him as to avoid any blame for the problems caused by his organization. His power-hungery tactics have led him to even perform experiments on himself. The experiments have gotten so drastic that it has permanantly distorted his face, but left him the ability to alter minor atomic structures to the point of skewing reality itself. His high authoritative state and near otherworldly power make him deadly in the eyes of his enemies or even immortal in his own way."

oh snap! dis guy is evil, but not an idiot... i was going for a more cultured villain (it's set in the future so reading a book is a bigger deal). in russian his name means "the immortal power"
