Its FINALLY done YAYA.
This thing is some 200 + layers of HELL, and if my computer could hate me right now I think it would, I will NEVER use a 5000 x 5450 pixel photoshop file as my working source file for animating ... hehe.
It has taken upards of two months to find the time and learn a few new things to complete this and I'M SO FREAKING GLAD IT's DONE!!.

There is a train, traction engine, clock, phone and someone gargeling water in there as well as the sea gulls.
The Audio track is "051 - Ch6_Boss_02" From an unofficial Alice : MR soundtrack and is copyright EA/Apicy Horse
Everything was cut up and edited in Photoshop and Animated in After Effects, then pieced together and Published in Flash.
Audio aditing done in Audacity.
Tiny update I re-compilled the animation and screensavers and moved their hosting to Sta.sh.

I loved how the gulls brought down the snails
This overall is beautiful.. So much going on in just one scene. I can't find myself tired of this animation.

Likewise and to be honest thanks for the heads up.
I had not asked but was working on the basis that as the picture was published as promotional material for the game it is under copyright of EA/Spicy horse and thus falls under the same grounds as fan made wallpapers used cutting up game art etc. (something that practically never runs into problems).
Had it been someones personal work not used in a larger context I.E. someones painting for themselves where the individual does without question own the rights I would and have asked in the past.
Either way I learnt something today
