The Bird's Nest at the Olympic Park, Beijing.

This was wayy back in June. It's kind of funny to see the place a year later - four-lane roads go around the area with one or two cars here and there; the inside of the stadium itself is apparently well-kept but completely unused. It's a tourist attraction now; I opted to not pay the ¥50 to go inside but was told it's nothing much.

Kind of a shame. This is an amazing piece of architecture and without a local football (soccer ) team, or any other kinds of regular sporting events, it just sits there.
