Description
If there's not enough wind, fireworks have a different effect on spectators. Those with cameras might be able to capture it.
This particular fireworks display was accompanied by a lighted fountain display (the kind made of water, not smoke) - so in a sense, there were two simultaneous examples of light interacting creatively with other physical entities to lend its unique aura.
