haven't drawn this guy and post it here for months, and usually I drew him in sketches, doodles, or Gartic Phone with my friend. I really wanna recreate the ref for Scal for a long time because the older one is really outdated (and I deleted it), but only get the chance to make it now, since I'm still figuring the new design for him in the past months, but luckily I managed to finally thinked of the new design.

small note with the poofy hair: I'm not hating on every Scalvalar's art with the poofy hair, I still love them, but I'm adding it here since this is when I realized that his hair doesn't really goes with his personallity so much, he tends to be described as a... so called Cold Blooded killer or something like those, soo with the poofy hair, I don't think it'll mixed well ^^'

also trust me, I was not going to add Jordan in this but my brain and my hand kept telling me to (and this man is Jordan's rival to begin with) soo I did added him as well...
