For the Wheel of Fortune I went with Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII. In the original FF7 Tifa’s limit break was slots/luck based. 7 is often considered a lucky number; Tifa runs the bar 7th heaven in the sector 7 slums in the game Final Fantasy 7. Her destiny is heavily tied with Cloud; asTifa is the person who sorts out the Zack/Cloud hybrid mess in Cloud's mind and restores him to who he truly is essentially putting his life back together.
Also I promise the next one isn’t from VII.
