Seeing Ayeka resting on her belly like that reminds me of a certain scene in the horror movie Slither, where that small group of people find the first woman that the main character got pregnant with those slugs in a small building, and she's a perfect sphere but then she expands outward twice and then goes...BOOOOOOOOOOOM! Aside from that, both women look ready to pop considering how huge they both are.
