Here is another character known as Prince Pout, real name is Marco C....Cantelletta har har.
Little bio: He is single with no princess so he is second oldest prince out of the other princes.
He is the ruler of Pexpraut Kingdom that is under the Black Kingdom. In the series he was being under controlled by the massive growing Chaos Kingdom in order to live he must permitted permission by the Princess Chaos.
This character or kingdom was once a somewhat Netural Kingdom.
And yes he is wearing a skirt/dress thing. And I am working on anotmy or whatever. So the the two poses that are close is EA album Opheliac and PB album the Day After or the Day Before.
