IBO is like...erm "internation baccalauriate program" or something like that
basically its a collection of schools from around the world with 1 standard so like...the level of dicciculty of my IBO math is the same as the IBO math of the kids in spain and china 
yupp IBO also= homework
but to be quite honest, its not such a bad program
we've had IBO kids coming back to our school who are in college now and theyre like "i seriously find college to be a breeze"
cause apparently IBO prepared em XDD i dunno

ummm i think its because you're either pressing too hard or not moving your hand fast enough.
the trick to smooth lines is to draw them qucikly. you can always erase the parts you dont need, or undo the line with CTRL+Z ^^

Its actually a new style I tried out so I don't think I'll make a tutorial until I use this style of colouring a bit more
but there is a work on progress picture of this that I did if you'd like to see

with speed painting its a little harder to give a tutorial because its random every time. But I can suggest (if you use SAI) that you use water colour and brush tool a lot
you're best option to start off is cell shade over the base colours then blend the shading out where you think its appropriate. But remember that shadows are hard lines usually :3

Hmm.. I didn't practise coloring much, but I usually use the wand tool to select, then put the base color in the selected area, then make shades and so on...

Thats a good way to start
Just work on the technique of how your shade~ is all in the shading ^^
also adding textures can enhance a picture
Just overlay a texture stock~

In fact I do have a livestream channel~ I've advertized it once or twice here on DA but no one really came (all of 3 viewers LOL)
I know I'm going to be livestreaming in about 2 weeks or so
