NOT MY WORK! I REPEAT NOT MY WORK!

With that said I do own the piece and I do know that it is an only copy. So I figure that I'm not going to get lynched or anything for showing it.

Its a painting by Sarah Gamson, a friend of mine of no one in perticular (at least as far as I know), I think she did it in a art class working on concentrating detailed facial features.

I'm not sure why I like it or why I think that its finished (that being the number one comment everyone else seems to make about it) but I do, I think its becuase I seem to look at it more that her face is in the shadows and the light is only reflecting off what you can see, so in my mind is as complete as it needs to be and any more would just spoil that illusion. I've named the piece hidden shadows for that reason. I must ask her if she gave it a title.

She's more of a surreal (I think thats the word, its more conceptual rather than anything else) artist, but she does do some other paintings in a similar style to the (just without parts missing, if that makes sense) If she wants, I might ask her if she wants me to post up some more of her work (she doesn't have an internet connections)

Anyway I think thats about everything I wanted to say. I'll be sure to pass on any comments you all make.
