Description

I initially tried making Lewa’s ax more like it originally looked, with a curved plate at an angle, but that ultimately proved too complicated in terms of building steps, so I just opted for the look it has not. Probably not the best suited for hacking through the jungle -as axes go, I suppose, but it looks cool enough, and I suppose Lewa wouldn’t care either way.

Originally, I just designed these specific arms the way I did because it made them look more like the tool-holding arm pieces, but seeing as how that’s no longer necessary, I have to wonder if the design serves any purpose to these brickbuilt Toa. If I had to say, I’d say they show the particular arms with more recoil ability, thus the arms that hold the tools that require recoil. The only reason Tahu’s sword arm doesn’t have the design is because his tool doesn’t necessarily require such maneuver as it better serves to channel his power rather than as a blunt weapon. If I had to make a guess, anyway
