The background makes my knees quiver. But, the figures seem to be a quick attempt to finish it. They don't blend well, and are too much of a contrast to the grungy bg they are set upon.
This is a very interesting piece. Maybe considering making the figures blend color-wise with the bg a bit more would further improve it?
Enough of my thoughts, this is beautiful, to say the least.
