hi guys,
I´m holding a contest again (deadline, february 13th 2016)
it became an somehow annual event that I´m holding of of these, so now here we are again^^
anyone can join!
(you don´t need to be my watcher, but it would be cool if you would though :3)
the theme is pretty easy and you can win points, art, and much more!
plz read the rules before joining! Also every enterer will get something, so it´s worth a try
Plz spread this contest, so everybody will have a chance to see it and enter ^^ would be awesome if you do
THEME: Draw Kaito Shadow (the hedgehog) OR/AND Demon Kaito Shadow
you can use traditional or digital media, also animations and literature is allowed!
Oc´s are also allowed if Kaito Shadow is in the focus of the pic!
I was planning on drawing Sonadow for this year and at the same time, I've always wanted to attempt drawing Kaito Shadow so why not put them together in one fanart? LOL. XD
Whatever's happening between them is up for you to decide. LOL. I just got inspired from Utada's song "Hikari" and "Drown" by Bring me the Horizon and this came up in my mind.

I may not be a fan of many gay pairings, but this one I did gain a soft spot for in recent months. Some scenes Sonic and Shadow have in both the games and Sonic X are quite cute and kinda heartwarming too.

Yes, I agree. These two had cute scenes together in the series and in the games. It's some kind of a rivalry at the same time respect for one another and I really like how these two prove to each other who's the best.
I could say Sonadow just grew into me for an inexplicable reason and it's one of the few gay ships I support. The longer I see their game interactions as well as fanarts done by awesome artists, the more I grow to love seeing them together, be it platonic/rivalry/romantic.

Indeed. Like, in Sonic X, there was one scene where Sonic was powering up the Sonic Power Canon and intended on firing at the Dark Oak solo, but Shadow jumped in too and they fired together. And there's this cute smile exchange right before they do so. And because it was implied Sonic may not survive the attack, it was almost like they were facing potential death together. Who would have guessed?
