Annie finally gets saved from the darn crystal by her bara friends /o/ (at least that’s what i want to happen)
I made this half a year ago for operation-requiem 's Charity Artbook. It was such an honor to be a part of this since so many great artists participated as well wheezE. Hmmm....not much to say on this one, except for the fact that it's absolutely stunning and moving. The way you've wrapped Annie in a blanket and her two friends is so sweet and shows that they both (Bertholdt especially) really care for her.
Reiner looks absolutely relieved that she's okay now, and Bertholdt....well, something tells me he has something to tell her...but now right now. Right now, it's the time for friendship and family back.
I think that with her lack of a childhood (as far as we know), Annie is probably both somewhat startled but simultaneously touched by this. I think that Bertl and Reiner are her family now, and she's glad to be back where she belongs: Right in their arms.
The technique is lovely, and I love how you added a few tatters here and there to their clothes. That shows that this world that they're living in isn't always sunshine and rainbows, which some artists forget. (Then again, that style also relieves my feels somewhat).
Overall, fantastic job, and keep up this amazing work!
