It's Patches-chan! I drew this during class...hence, the notebook lines...then decided to colour it...real messily...~.~I'm sorry Patches-chan...I got your eye colours wrong...it's supposed to be the other way...@__@;;;

i don't know a lot about this style, but this is really adorable. I like your detail in the folds of the clothing...! It's amazingly cute, and I feel your pain about lined paper. The best things I draw are during class, so they've got beautiful blue lines through um.
