Description
The Guardian was an ancient and mysterious underspawn, highly regarded as one of the greatest underspawn that ever lived and revered for his infinite wisdom and kindness.

As a young underspawn he travelled from Underrealm to the desert lands of Midrealm on a journey of discovery, it was there that he found the mystical desert land of Khelemak and knew that he had found the place he would call home for the rest of his life. It was there that he constructed the great city of Khelem and built a large community of fellow underspawn, but his greatest achievement was finding universal balance between good and evil, from there he created a unique style of underspawn combat known as Un-hai, which utilised harmony and focus and with it the power of the cosmos.

In his last years he developed the legend of the Celestial Sage from visions he had while he dreamed, he said the Celestial Sage would be a legendary prodigy who would know the secret behind the mystical artifact known as the Celestus, which would contain the key to limitless power. He never lived to see the prodigy come, because years later a great evil known as Krazoa came to Khelemak seeking to destroy the Celestus and all underspawn in Midrealm. Protecting his land with honour, the Guardian fought the powerful warrior in a legendary battle amongst the mountains. Mortally wounded, he used the remains of his life to imprison Krazoa beneath the earth, where he still remains to this day.
