I forgot to put which are the entities that possess her, but anyway I put it here:

An entity called 'Rux'
It gives Amira a third eye on her forehead.
The third eye twitches and opens and closes very quickly, like a bird's eye.
This third eye is pure black in color.
The third eye has no iris, no pupil, nothing.
The eye is placed exactly in the center of the forehead.
When the entity takes control of the body, it must go through a process in which Amira's skull must adapt, which at the same time is painful for her.

An entity called 'Nilz'
This entity turns her eyes completely pure white, making Amira blind.
Nilz controls her, not by taking over her body, but by controlling her mind and forcing her to do things.
She is forced to do whatever Nilz wants and she has no free will. She acts like a zombie, and is just a shell of what she was before.
She is unable to speak while Nilz has control over her, so she remains silent and acts like a puppet.

An entity called 'Gulim'
This entity causes her face to become very pale and her eyes to darken and sunken.
Gulim makes her look like she's very sad and depressed, even though she's actually not.
She could also become more lazy and slow-moving, and her thoughts and therefore her way of planning murders while this entity possesses her is last minute and they are reinforced or rushed things.
After being possessed by Gulim, Amira might become more forgetful and have a hard time concentrating.
she may suffer from insomnia or nightmares due to the influence of Gulim often possessing her body.

and finally, 'Zal'
This entity causes Amira to have violent and psychotic thoughts and delusions.
Amira will feel extremely angry and will be filled with rage.
Amira may not be able to control her emotions, and may lash out at others or act aggressively, believing that they will harm her.
Amira may also begin to experience auditory or visual hallucinations, which are a result of zal's influence.
She may feel that she is losing her grip on reality and that she is becoming a danger to herself and others.

It should be noted that there are more entities that possess Amira, but these were not mentioned because they are not as important or almost rarely manage to take control of Amira's body.
