Description Octavia is made from the leftover Rarity Head where I stole her horn for Scratch and a spare Earth pony body with some damage to its neck. I also altered her eye and mouth to make her look more serious. And random Raincloud sculpt I crapped out after making a new Rarity horn for my Manifest cosplay because I had leftover Crayola Model Magic.
