Paint.NET made a Grand Piano. But not just any piano, A MAGIC PIANO.

Everytime you play a note, you spawn a note to fight for you. If you play an entire song, you will summon a 10 feet sheet music made out of metal to fight for you.

Specific songs do special effects.

Dollhouse makes your opponent a doll.
Fur Elise and Beethoven Virus makes your opponent deaf
Tetris A traps your opponent in a Tetris field, to be crushed by Tetris blocks
Bonetrousle makes your opponent's limbs as weak as cooked spaghetti
Megalovania will give your opponents a bad time
Never Gonna Give You Up makes your opponents jump off the nearest cliff
Can Can spawns legs that will kick your opponents

and playing any Black MIDI somehow instantly ends the universe.

There are way more, but more than likely nobody has discovered them yet.
