Well, you just go use photoshop and add images of yourself progressing through it. You have to have some type of experience with it.
If you don't have photoshop then I don't really know any other photo editing programs for you, maybe download GIMP?

Firstly you get the topic you know most about, and get some reference from other tutorials. That's how I did it
