Born to a rich merchant family, the Aelfrics, in Xeluses.

Eldest of seven, prepared to inherit the business, learned the ins and outs of merchantry. His family dealt in rare and unusual objects, oftentimes magical.

Fused with a yamper at a young age and learned he was hypersensitive to the electric currents running through living creatures' bodies.

Trained this ability to the point he could understand how these currents changed depending on emotion.

Entered a part-time apprenticeship with a local empath who taught him to better control his powers, and instructed him in the magic of empathy.

Became a highly skilled empath and merchant, combining the two in order to make better use of both abilities.

Abducted by a Veremeren group dedicated to creating better soldiers at about age 21.

Group attempted to force Felix to fuse with a second pokemon - tri-fusion.

The Veremeren group decided it would be best to try two small pokemon, postulating that it may be easier to fit two small pokemon of underwhelming power into one fusion than large, powerful pokemon.

After being subjected to various forms of magic and stress to induce fusion, it worked... for about five minutes. Felix could use ice and electric moves, but soon collapsed, and the second pokemon was ejected from his body as a mangled pile of flesh.

It was soon discovered that a small amount of the second pokemon was still in his body, disrupting his... everything.

Escaped with the knowledge he's probably on borrowed time and needs to fix his body before it gives out from the strain of too much pokemon.

He made it all the way home by 23, only to discover his father near-death. Old age had caught up to him, and within a month, Felix said goodbye. Two months after that, and his mother died of a broken heart.

Felix had been assumed dead after being missing so long. The will had been rewritten to give everything to his younger brother, Cassian, but upon his return, it was rewritten once more, cementing his position as heir.

Felix inherited the business. The shop, the funds, the relationships with his parents' business partners. His siblings inherited enough money to live, and decided to go their own ways, except for Cassian, who insisted upon the two eldest brothers sharing the business. Felix disagreed.

Felix explained his conundrum - that he might not have long left to live, and he was sure he could use the business to find a way to lengthen his life. Cassian, still infuriated by his disinheritance, replied: "Then die, and leave the shop to me!"

To Cassian's utter rage, Felix promptly sold the store, took the family's wagon, loaded it up, and rode off to Veremere's south-Phyakko location.

Bought a home, worked his magic, and now travels between settlements buying and selling wares, searching for something that will save him. And, of course, he's looking for the group that abducted him in hopes of dismantling their awful organization and keeping them from ruining more lives.

Been studying Enchantment in Veremere for the last three years in hopes of learning to enchant his own merchandise.
