I couldn't get the cat ears from Marcy's earlier design to look right with a witch's hat. Sorry Marlow the Magic Hat, you'll be put one someone's head eventually.

In the meantime, here's a new-and-improved Marcy! She's less of a witch, but still just as much bitch. I decided to lean more into a ghostly kind of look, drop the ears, and give her the most pungent personality I could possibly perceive.
