I noticed this during my own playthrough of Deltarune Chapter 2. I though some of Ralsei's face sprites looked oddly familiar, and then it hit me. Without the eyelashes, he looks remarkably like a goat version of Arthur, and with all of the other nods to children's media like Charlie Brown, it wouldn't surprise me at all if it was intentional.Related content
