Today a ode to Orko from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Hated by many, but personally i like him a lot as a character. That is his original character, but the one from the 2002 reboot is also very good and likeable (also in desgin).

With the last month revealed and poorly written He-Man on Netflix (Kevin Smith did a very bad job to say the least) and a other reboot coming out soon (also on Netflix) in 3d animation where Orko is being changed from a trollian wizard to a flying robot... i thought, let's honor the character as we know and like him te best. The flying, good goofball from the 1982's He-Man by Filmation. Orko isn't a bad characters, the writers used him to much as a comic relief and more as a adult-child (he is a adult, but is threaten often as a child in the series) instead of focusing more on the potential he could have had. Still one of my favorite characters from the original show.

Orko is showing of some magic in this drawing. Those are green stars, no weed symbols... (i should have picked a other color).

This is a digital scan of a drawing i made on aquarelle paper by using pencil, colorpencils and coloring pens.So it doesn't look as good as in real life and it's kinda messy.
