Well colleges usually r the best places, 
but I'm sure if you look hard enough you could find some local classes not attached to a college or school.

on how to fix PC and work with them, it's more like knowledge then information

I really want to finish the request I am working on but i'm just having troubles

Unfortunately there activity is hidden, so it is hard to tell
I might do it just to do it, but we will have to see.

But if I don't do it yours will be the last one which means I can relax and not have commitments
And maybe start doing commissions along with requests
