Acutally I did this in regular windows Paint. I put the picture in grayscale and then used the darker color (orange, in this case) and filled in all the black or near black places. Then just filled the rest with yellow. I do it that way because it takes up more time when I'm bored.

how exaclty did you do this? cut-out, posterization, high contrast?
