I really love this one, Bubbline is a really cute pairing and I do appreciate this drawing, it is original, it is beautiful, and I love her nail polished hands
however, there is a few things you can improve, it is only my point of view, I hope it will be helpful.
first, the shape of their noses is perfect, but for a painting the bottom is too hard(I am talking about the princess here),maybe it is a part of your style, but I think it would look better with more smoothness on the bottom, between the nosetrils and the bridge of the nose, you can blend the shadow with the top part of her nose, I hope it makes sense
the proportions are well drawn, it would be better to add a little texture on their skin, with a little bit of sheen in their eyelids and lips, the shine needs to contrast with the darkness, that means a lighter shade without gray in it
marcy's ears are cute as well, it would look better with more details, but it is only cartoonish I guess
and Finally the princess's lips are so beautiful, it gives her more charisma
