Description

My first fursona, created about 20 years ago, was Oddtail. The character was more than just an avatar of myself, he was kind of a big part of me discovering myself.

Fast forward almost 20 years, and the hypermasculine demonic anthropomorphic tiger (shut up, I was an edgy kid) is less of a good fit, what with the whole "turns out I'm a woman" thing. So I needed a new fursona.

But retconning Oddtail to have been female would have felt somehow... wrong. The character was what he was. So instead I'm thinking of this new version of Oddtail as a reincarnation of him.

This is still very early work, I think I'm 20% into creating it at most. But the design is mostly finalised, and I think I've got rid of most major technical errors I could catch.
