This took far too long, but I really quite like it
.This was inspired by the chapter cover of 522. I wanted to do an exact replica, but couldn't figure out TenTen in Haku's place. So, instead I searched and found this stock . And I think it turned out ridiculously well
.I don't do enough with this theory of mine that TenTen is part of the same clan as Haku. Because they *do* look a like, and nobody will ever convince me otherwise. Seriously, they even have the same fairly large straight nose in a profile view.
This is supposed to be sort of symbolic, but of what I have no real idea. Any interpretations are welcome

Beautiful picture, I don't normally like TenTen that much, but she looks so serene here.
Intresting theory- what makes you believe they're both from the cursed Yuki clan? (I think that's what they called it in any case.) I'd be curious to hear it. =o

It isn't much, but with TenTen there never really is much to go on...
Mostly, its their eyes. Because their eye shape and eye color are identical. Haku has more eye lashes, but otherwise they are exactly the same. As are their face shapes and noses. The only major difference is hair color and length, but basically I noticed they look about as a like as Neji and Hinata do.
Then there is TenTen's lack of a last name, and I always thought it would be neat if it was never there because its forbidden.
Furthermore, her moves-- though ALL anime based-- remind me of Haku's and of Mist. She uses dragons, seen in the manga only with Zabuza. And her training and accuracy look near identical to Haku's, and the purpose of her moves are the same, to trap and then hit with weapons.
Her's are just more deadly.

It's like... they shared the same fate. Orphans, perhaps but for me, that goes for the fact that they never knew their past. ^^

This is soooo pretty! I am in love with the colors and shading, and especially the mirror. *_* The picture inside the mirror has great depth to it. And I love the shiny ground.

My interpretation : Haku is known as Zabuza's tool (weapon) and TenTen is a weapon master XD

Wow! This looks really awesome! I love how sad, lonely need to have recognition in one's life is in both the character's expressions. Even their low posture suggests that they are placed in a role of a lower, submissive rank to those stronger than them. That they are seen often more as tools than as people. Both seek love, both long for families of their own.
I think this an exceptional piece of work.

Composition wise I think this is some of your best work. I really love the pose and the setting, and how everything just fits together, if you know what I mean. Like you get the feeling, or at least I did, that Tenten could almost be reaching into the mirror to touch Haku and Haku could be reaching back to touch her to. I agree they look a like in certain ways and I love this past for Tenten. Really great work! Love the mirrors surface as well. ^^
