252 million years ago, southern Pangea. A Rubidgea wanders the wasteland of its former home. Due to increased exposure to UV radiation from the broken down ozone layer, the synapsid has developed cutaneous growths on its face, fully covering one of its eyes. Already struggling to hunt in a world where most life is dead, this once mighty predator is on the brink of starvation. Much like the rest of its lineage, this Rubidgea will soon wither away, all but forgotten to the sands of time.
