OK, so before the base and description and things, I just wanna explain her name. For years my mother has been using the phrase "Piccadilly Circus" during silly and fun times and the words alone just really make me happy. Nothing happened / is happening to my mom! she's fine! I'm just saying that this is the reason I named her this. She's told me it used to be the name of an Arcade. I thought that the word of fun and silliness that my mom's been using since I could remember was the perfect name for Pinkie Pie.
