I forgot if there was some wackiness with uploading png files (or was that issue only with gifs?), and I guess I already plugged this in the footer of a recent journal entry, but here is a preview of Filia's sprite from Skullgirls + alternate color variations.Related content

The contrast between the shades seems too great, makes it appear rough and sloppy. Lineart is excellent though.

Ah thanks m(_)m Yea, the sprites could probably benefit from some cleaning up, or adjusting of the colors so that they are smoother in transition. I would like to find a way to be able to keep the black elements of the shadow though- its something to the style I would like to keep if possible.
btw, we are actually looking for help with sprites in general if you or anyone you might know would be willing to help with? owo/

Ah yus, we are going for a fairly high resolution sprite- something similar to the size of Guilty Gear sprites, tho yea its certainly come with its own handful of challenges T^T// btw I like that moving sprite girl animation you have in your gallery

I hope to see more updates soon! but i know that is going to be difficult because the characters are full of details.i just know because me and my friend we are trying to make a fighting game too. xP... and... i would like to know what program do you use to make pixels?

Transparent PNGs wind up having their transparent section filled in with black when they're resized because dA's resize algorithm software fails at life.

Indeed. Unlike my dA id (which I took down) which DID have a transparent background and thus filled my gallery with ugly.
