Description
This guy isn't really evil but isn't really good either. Most know him just as an anti-hero. He was raised by otters after being thrown into a river and grew up to be the crazy clown he is. He even stole a train and modified it, allowing him to drive it without rails. How did he become so smart if he was only raised by otters? I don't know. This guy also likes burning down trees for some reason. Ohm and Tyson never really pay attention or try to stop him though.... since they're stupid. I don't know whether to call this guy an acquittance or friend, but I know he does enjoy Ohm and Tyson whenever they're around and would be happy use them as test subjects when they're available.
