Scotalith Federation: The highlands in the northern part the the Amazonian Tribal States is a place spotted with Nomadic clans and tribes. One of these states of the Amazons are called the Scotalith Federation. A group of clans who united under one ruler. The queen of the highlands. After the main ruler dies a tournament is held to see who is the last one standing, the last woman or man who is left standing will be crowned gueen of the highlands. Under the rule of the highland queen, there are 20 clanleaders who over look a part of the territory for the highland queen. These clanleaders all have a small group of well trained warriors and their vassels, whom are mostly farmers and shepherds. In turn for protection on the clanleader's territory these commoners get protection. In times of war the clanleaders will report to the highland queen who will report to the many other queens and leaders in the council of order. The Scotalith Federation is mostly northern human, there are mountain orc and northern wild elf minorities however. These people have all the same rights as well, whether they be male or female, orc, elf, or human. Later on in their history they would join a Union with the Sazonian kingdom after the fall of the Amazonian Tribalstates
