On Tuesday, August 7, families from the cities of Springboro, Franklin, Lebanon, and the village of Waynesville in Ohio joined together for a free community picnic in "America's National Night Out Against Crime." National Night Out was held at Patricia Allyn Park, and featured police and firefighter displays, a bike safety town, pony rides, and even hot air balloon rides. Here, children enjoy a tractor-train that gave them free rides around the picnic.
