This looks nice. I like the transparent membranes in the wings. The colours are also very nice, very pleasing to the eye. I'm glad you stuck with only cool colours, I tend to see several dragons around with a... very diverse colour palette.
I also love your rendering, the lighting and the shading look so good! The yellow eyes make a nice compliment to the blue atmosphere and make the lovely dragoness seem very mysterious. Great work~!
