Well, you can name the girl after Naruto's mother Kushina or if there is a name for Hinata's mother use that.

It depend who's Naruto's wife. If her mother is Hinata, I recommend Hikari (light in japanese)

Awesome. I think it would be obvious that if Naruto learned of his parents he'd want to name his son after his father. As for the girl...there are lots of names he could name her.
