As Sarah struggles to come to terms with everything that happened to her she now no longer sees The Doctor just in her dreams. Somehow she now sees him when she is awake. Sometimes he is smiling at her while other times he is just staring at her. No one else can see him but her. Today Jessie, Amber and Sarah go for a walk in the park before Amber goes home. Sarah was hoping this would help instead it seems to be making it worse. The worst part is that she knows that no one would believe her.Related content

Maybe she is psychic and the visions of the Doctor are warning her of danger. Considering what the Doctor put her (all of them) through, it makes sense her mind would present the image of him as a premonition of danger.
I'm guessing however, that it's NOT in her mind.

Oh no! Please don't bring back the doctor! We already had enough of him! Plus since Kristin killed him why would he return? Or could or be that Mary dusguising herself as the doctor and tries to cause nightmares to Sarah so Kristin will focus on her daughter instead of helping Riley to find out more about her foster parents, her real mom and Mary?
