Cyber-Geisha!!!! I see her as a mixture of past present future.
Feudal tradition and interior design, modern vinyl fabric (it looks like PVC to me)and tattoo design, and a futuristic "Queen Armidala" hair design.
Your talent is awesome That's a def
from me!!!!

Very beautiful, but the hair is a lot more like a tayu hairstyle than a geisha hairstyle.

the pictures beautisul, but thats not a geisha. thats a courtesean(sp?). a geisha would never have such loud make-up, so many hair pieces, tatoos, or pose in such a manner.

I downloaded this piece from Rendervisions ... I thought this had to be one of the more outstanding examples of rendered art I've seen latey.
The geisha was on my desktop for days ...... and I usually only have my own work on my desktop ( to learn a bit more about it).
And now I find it here .... this is just perfect.
Have to fav it ....

I'm not found of 3d arts, however it is really some good art, wonderful. the crisom-blood farbis moves like water, the decent backgorund exposed her in a beutiful way, and her tatooed body makes her stand out even more a greate play of lights,
and to sum it all, a exeptionaly beautiful art

Cloth is just fantastic! Just too realistic. By the way, how long it takes for you to do these? Days, hours, years?

Certainly not years!
Hours and hours, more probably.
Here I think it took me 2 or 3 days.

Beautiful. I agree with what ~jedielf said about the material looking too shiny, but I how only too well how difficult it is to get the material settings right on materials like this. Gorgeous lighting and shadows, especially the blue light coming from the right, and how it turns part of her clothing blue.
Her tattoo things are just too cool for words. beautiful, indeed it is.

Wow... just... .WOW!!!!!!!! Some high quality work you have done there... Definatley a :+fax: .
I agree with ~jedielf a bit about how the specular is a bit high. It doesn't look cloth-like in some parts, but it's definatley solk cloth in the basics of it. Still, WOW!

Wow. That's just too nice.
I love this image, I think the cloth was done wonderfully ( look sjust like silk! ) The back ground is beautifully composed together.
The tattoos look very nicely done, and the face looks great!
Awesome job

The cloth and her hair look a little strange to me. The cloth seems to look plastic, but then it could also have a silk/satin look to it. Hard to decide. Hehe...
Apart from that... WHOA.
This is fantastic 3D work

Yeah, the highlights are a bit too strong I guess. Too much specularity. Well spoted.
This is the hardest part, for me in the material edition: find the material settings that will give the perfect illusion of matter. It's damn hard. I need to practice again on those things.
Thanks a lot for your help and support!

think the rendering and the smoothness of the design is really great. I like the way u put the 'light glow' tht shines her face and her body, it gives a slight ambience looking on the picture itslef. : the whole result; pure subtleness and smooth flows. great looking geisha. great looking work.
