According to the official Pokemon Sword and Shield website, Regigigas wanted to make a pokemon out of dragon energy but only made the head because it ran out of that material. It is said that if it were completed that dragon thing would rain destruction on the land. That WIP dragon is Regidrago. So here I imagine what it would have looked like if Regigigas decided to finish his project. A complete Regidrago. Honestly if it got a gigantamax it would probably be a complete one. Zygarde core is probably gonna start calling cells to its aid.
