C Viper doesn't get much love, but I bet if she had some alts for her hair she would.This one started as col erase red and then I shaded in the black areas with pencil first. After that i started the jacket marker and then on to the tie and skin. Last was the hair.
On marker paper, 36cm x 28cm , col erase pencil, Prisma markers, Copix markers, and a bit of white pencil crayon and white gel pen. I love doing this way more than digital. This is a reasonable scan, but the original glows more.

while this is defneitly the hottest C-viper pic I've ever seen, her hairstyle is the least of my problems when it comes to my use of her in game. Outside of the game though, omg yes, She'd def get much more love from me if this was her default!

I guess that's true, but Chun-li's ox horns, Juri's pig tails, Ibuki's ponytail, Cami's braid, and Sakura's short hair all seem like they were chosen to make sense for fighting to me. Then again, there's characters with their long hair down like Felicia, Blanka, and Morrigan, but 2 of them are meant to have a "wild" feel to them, and Morrigan never really struck me as a hand to hand combat kinda gal(I'm sure I'm over thinking all of this though hehe).

I know that Street Fighter is all about Crazy Hair.... but I really don't understand what they were thinking when they came up with Viper's hair.
It might not be as dumb as Hakan's or Birdie's, but she'd definitely be nicer on the eyes if she looked like this.
